I am honored to connect with you here on the Whole Living Daily blog. I thought for my first post here, I would introduce myself, and give you a sense of what I hope to be able to accomplish here, with your help.
Over the past 15 years as a physician, I have had the wonderful opportunity to participate in an ongoing discourse with thousands of patients about ways to lead a better quality of life.
During that time, I’ve worked with the young and the elderly. I’ve worked with professional athletes at the peak of conditioning, and the physically challenged. Every single one of these folks, to the last, had something unique to teach me.
I specialize in back and neck pain, but in my quest to help people find relief, I have found that addressing many lifestyle issues has a profound effect not just on pain, but on an overall sense of well being.
As I began to dig a little deeper beneath the surface of people’s experiences, I realized that people can do an incredible number of small things, many of which had huge effects.
Here in this blog, I will share ideas on ergonomics, stress relief, fitness- all sorts of things you can do proactively to help you to feel great. I will try to keep you on top of new research and studies so you really understand what’s going on.
I really enjoy dialogue- so send me your questions, comments, or even your rants. It is your participation that makes a blog like this exciting. And of course, if there is something you’ve done which has helped you to feel great, share it with me here.
I look forward to the conversation!

It's so nice to see a fellow D.O. featured in Whole Living! I specialize in OMM (osteopathic manual medicine) and find there are many simple things people can do to reduce or eliminate their aches and pains--no doctor needed. Although, we're here if they need us!
