Stretching feels amazing, reduces tension, and may also play a direct role in preserving your cardiovascular health: A recent study found a link between flexible muscles and more pliable (read: healthy) arteries. Try five minutes of simple stretching (lying on your back and pulling your knees in to your chest, sitting with legs extended and folding forward at your hips to reach for your toes) before bed tonight.
