Your body knows what it needs and when. But we often ignore it, thinking we should lift weights when we'd rather run, or run when we'd rather walk. Since i have fibromyalgia it is very important that I listen to my body or I pay for it later. Hard to get others to understand - so glad to see you suggest than no matter the reason.
