Tonight at sunset, as summer officially begins, sit outside and reflect on the things you will and won't do to make this summer richer and more relaxing—perhaps you want to swim more, leave work early on Fridays, or try that gazpacho recipe you never got around to last year. Whatever you decide, write down your midyear resolutions and put them someplace you'll see every day. Let them inspire you to make the most of the light-filled days ahead.
