Something tells me the October issue of Reader’s Digest rocks. Front and center are two CAM stories, one straight: 6 Rules for Using Alternative Remedies Wisely. And one fun: When Alternative Medicine Goes Wrong. Both are useful, good reads, though.
In the world of food, nutrition, and food politics, The Nation sparkes some serious dialogue. On the 40th anniversary of her Diet for a Small Planet, Frances Moore Lappe writes about the Food Movement: It’s Power and Possibilities. Michael Pollan and Eric Schlosser respond.
Elsewhere, Dr. Susan Love’s Army of Women is recruiting women with hot flashes and other perimenopausal symptoms for a study examining how yoga, exercise, and omega-3 fatty acids (fish oil) can help.

Don't know where to post this, but I have a question? Do we need or is it best to have some of all the nutrients needed for the day eaten in breakfast, some in lunch and by dinner you ate all you needed. Or are there some nutrients we can have the full recommended amount in the morning and be done for the day?
Thanks
