A few months ago, I blogged about one of my favorite restorative postures: supported makrasana, or crocodile pose.
As a firm believer in the efficiency of video demos (perhaps over text and photos), I decided to make this piece on makrasana for my YouTube Channel:
This posture is wonderful to practice anytime of day, by just about anyone. If you are beyond the first couple months of pregnancy or had recent abdominal surgery, this pose is not for you. Also, if you have severe lower back pain, perform with cautionary discretion.
Read more about makrasana's benefits, and enjoy your rest!
