When you notice stress taking hold of your body, try this simple massage: Starting near the bridge of your nose, use the thumb and forefinger of each hand to gently pinch the flesh of your eyebrows. Release and repeat a few millimeters further out, and continue until you've moved along the entire brow. In addition to releasing tension, doing this simple technique regularly can help prevent headaches and boost your level of relaxation, notes Naomi Sophie Call, author of "Fountain of Youth Exercises".
