I'm trying my best to eat lots of different kinds of greens this week. I like to try and vary the varieties that I use in my smoothies. This week, I found a beautiful bouquet of baby mixed greens. Green smoothies give you the chance to sneak in the dark leafy vegetables into your day that you probably wouldn't enjoy much otherwise. Mixed Green Smoothie To Reclaim Vibrant Skin
Serves: 1 (~250 calories)
1 1/2 cups mango, frozen
1/2 banana, frozen
1 1/2 cups coconut water
1 sprig fresh basil
1 cup mixed greens
Combine the ingredients above into a powerful blender until smooth and creamy. Thin with water or thicken with ice if desired. Enjoy!
