Make Your Clean-Eating Diet Last

Posted by Whole Living Daily

Don’t let the end of the Whole Living Action Plan be the finish to your healthy, clean-eating behavior. Incorporate your new habits into your daily life by enjoying what made you feel good – the new foods you discovered, the balanced snacks you enjoyed, and the detox beverages that kept you refreshed.

Remember what foods and beverages you avoided during the challenge and remember how you felt without them.

  • I am committed to live on the clean eating plan!! I've actually limited my coffee to 1 or 2 a week, more like a treat! And goodbye processed food! Many of the veggies and snacks I ate are in my daily repitoire.

  • Thank you for this amazing last weeks!I did it, I feel great!

  • I want to say from my experience that there are so many more things to keep in mind if your goal is a clean-eating diet. If you don’t have the mindset to actually eat clean, nothing will help you.

I personally can’t count how many times I asked myself how I could lose my weight. I was just wasting my time talking and never acting. Actually I tried a lot of crazy diet plans and fake fat loss pills that did nothing for me but empty my wallet. I eventually came across one easy and natural method and decided to try it out http://easyfreediet.weebly.com To be fair, it didn’t shave off 70 pounds the first week like everything else guarantees. But after 3 months passed I easily lost 120 pounds. Yes, I know, 40 pounds a month may be not too much for some people, but for me the method is very effective. Now I’m looking at my body and I feel proud and happy for the first time in my life. Of course I am still using this method to keep it that way.

The most important thing to remember is you must never give up! Don’t waste your time just reading and looking for a miracle to happen. Just stick with one method for 2 -3 months to see great results. Good luck.

  • First, thanks for hosting the annual Challenge! After the holidays, I usually feel bad & end up catching some bug or another. This year I feel great ~ I followed 4 weeks of the challenge & am still incorporating it into my life, not as just "a diet" but as MY diet. The biggest surprise for me is how it changed my taste buds! Now I can taste artificial ingredients, sugar & butter make me gag, & I only have 1/2 cup of coffee ~ black, no cream. Only one dilemma: what do I have in place of birthday cake in Feb for my birthday?? The thought of putting one slice of BD cake in my body is horrifying!!
