National Stroller Brigade Heads To D.C. To Rally Against Toxic Chemicals

Moms, nurses, and cancer survivors are heading to Washington on Tuesday to show support for Senator Frank Lautenberg’s (D-NJ) Safe Chemicals Act, a bill that would overhaul laws governing toxic chemicals. The National Stroller Brigade's rally comes in response to the Chicago Tribune's investigative series on the chemical industry’s lobbying tactics to protect toxic chemicals. The moms will deliver 125,000 petition signatures to their Senators and ask them to support the bill.

  • MomsRising members will be there in person and on Twitter! Lots of energy among moms and families to step up for safer chemicals and to demand our elected leaders do the same.
