The Inspired Outdoor Spaces Contest Winners Are...
Posted by Sarah Engler
Our judges had an incredibly tough time picking favorites from the stellar crop of finalists for the Whole Living/Apartment Therapy Inspired Outdoor Spaces Contest. But decisions have been made! Check out the slideshow below to see our five runners-up and grand-prize winner.
Congratulations to everyone! We will be in touch about shipping your prizes.
1 5TH RUNNER-UP: JODI
The judges were impressed how this "relaxing spot to sit" was "beautifully styled" and "made a lot out of very little."
2 4TH RUNNER-UP: DOMINIQUE
Our judges loved this "incredibly romantic and comfortable" outdoor space and "that the mismatched chairs and hammock keep it from getting too formal."
3 3RD RUNNER-UP: SHIFRA
This "great place to relax" scored points because "the strong colors make it seem brighter and more inviting."
4 2ND RUNNER-UP: ALICE
Our judges liked "the enclosed, private feeling of the unpainted fence covered in vines." They also appreciated Alice's "great green thumb and attention to including a lot of different plants" in the small plot.
5 1ST RUNNER-UP: MICHAEL
This space was bursting with creative ideas. "The wildflowers give this neat space a natural feeling," and "the half pots add interest to an otherwise blank area."
6 GRAND-PRIZE WINNER: JENNI
"These vegetables looking amazingly healthy!" One judge in particular wanted to "be in there with the kids, smelling the air and pulling kale out of the ground."
