The Olympics are finally here! At Whole Living, we're stoked to watch some of our favorite athletes do their thing, especially the lovely and inspiring ladies we profiled in our June issue: Allyson Felix, Kerri Walsh, Brenda Villa, Tamika Catchings, and Natalie Coughlin. Oh, and Ryan Lochte isn't bad, either. But since we can't be in London to cheer them on Team USA, we're taking inspiration from one of our favorite Olympic champions and personal style icons: Flo Jo.
Michelle Toglia and I decked out our digits in Priti NYC's two Olympic-inspired collections, Red, White, and Beautiful, and Heavy Medal. Of course, we aren't going for Flo Jo's outrageously-long nails (typing would be...difficult, and don't get us started on texting auto corrects), but the pretty, non-toxic shades are getting us in the spirit. Plus, founder Kim D'Amato launched Priti NYC in 2005 to help support organic farmers. Now that's gold.
