To help you resist the call of yet another co-worker's birthday cake (and the inevitable post-frosting energy crash), we're giving three lucky winners Luna's new Fiber bars, which have 7 grams of fiber and just 120 calories.   • My favorite way to stay active is by going dancing. My husband and I go swing dancing every Tuesday night, most weekends and can't help ourselves at home when a good song comes on the record player!

  • I stay active by road running and HIIT (high intensity interval training) core workouts by BodyRock.tv. I workout alone or with my "workout buddies" about 5 times a week. I also take the stairs instead of elevators, park at the back of parking lots, and go for walks with my mother. Having friends a part of my workouts make them even more special. :-)

  • I like to stay active by riding bikes with my kids and walking with my friends. I also like to hula hoop while watching T.V. in the evening. I am always surprised at how much of a workout you can get from a hula hoop.

  • I used to love staying active by riding my horses ,however , due to an auto accident that did serious damage to my back I rarely ride anymore. I do manage to stay active though by doing the general farm duties around our hobby farm slow and easy . I still have the horses and just working with them from the ground is my most favorite way to stay active these days. And since they require care every day there are no days off from activity and that is great to help keep me in decent shape without making my back worse.

Although I can't do this on a daily basis because I would go broke. So in between times I mow my lawn with a push mower, a three hour job.     Going for walks is something I've always enjoyed since my grandmother persuaded me as a child. When the family would go for a walk, she would tell us to come along, and although we would fight it a little beforehand, we always found ourselves chatting and having a good time.

  • I workout for 30-40 minutes 6 days a week but I otherwise spend most of my day sitting at a computer. To keep active during the day, I do 25 jumping jacks, high knees or butt kicks every time I get up to use the restroom, etc. just for an extra cardio boost. Luckily I can wear flats to work and have my own office :)

  • I just keep up with my furry running partner! My dog, Luna (!), and I love to run together because not only is it good for us, it is often the best part of the day.
