Smoothie Wednesday: Sweet Red Grape

Posted by

My baby son, Halston, is in love with sweet red grapes. He loves them sliced in a bowl at breakfast or in a smoothie. While adding grapes to a smoothie may seem unexpected, they really morph into something special, particularly with a touch of creamy almond butter.

Sweet Red Grape Smoothie
Serves 1 (290 calories)

1 cup sweet red grapes, seedless
1/3 cup plain coconut milk or Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 cup water
3-4 ice cubes

Place ingredients in a good powerful blender until smooth and creamy. Thin with water or thicken with ice if desired. Enjoy!
