Stop-the-Clock Secret: Wrinkle-Beating Acupressure

You might have heard of using acupressure to clear qi, or energy, blockages in order to relieve headaches, allergies, and other ailments. But the practice can also be used to fend off fine lines and wrinkles, says Jeanette Jacknin, M.D., a board-certified dermatologist who integrates alternative therapies in her practice and author of Smart Medicine For Your Skin.

This quick move takes less than 10 minutes a day...

To ward off wrinkles and tone up skin, use your index and middle finger to press the bottom of each cheekbone. (Your fingers should be in line with your pupils.) Hold for three minutes; repeat three times a day for best results.
