Bio: Adina Niemerow has worked as a personal chef for movie stars, fashion designers, recording artists and CEOs of Fortune 500 companies looking to transform their lives through a whole foods diet. For 15 years, she’s studied holistic cooking and nutrition at schools across the world, and has worked with wellness retreats and restaurants, including The French Laundry in Napa Valley.
Niemerow now specializes in leading cleanses for individuals and groups, consulting with restaurants and spas and works with physicians in creating healing diets for private clients. She is the author "Super Cleanse" and lives in Sausalito, California.
My philosophy: Food that’s grown wild on this Earth, that hasn’t been genetically engineered, processed or tampered with is good for us. Everything else is questionable.
