Her cookbook, Simply . . . Gluten-free Desserts: 150 Delicious Recipes for Cupcakes, Cookies, Pies, and More Old and New Favorites, contains 150 recipes for gluten-free cupcakes, cookies, pies, sweet breads, puddings, cakes, and ice creams.
My philosophy: Look at the world of food not in terms of what I can't eat but what I can!
If I weren't doing what I'm doing now, I'd be: I am doing exactly what I want to do now. If I could continue to do this and travel the world, well then my life would be perfect!
Favorite piece of advice: Eliminate from your life all things toxic, whether it be food or people. Fill your life with people and things that enhance it.
