Bio John is the pioneer in combining peak performance principles with physical and spiritual disciplines for complete and lasting success.

As a college athlete, John’s career was cut short by a near-fatal car accident. He rehabilitated himself and worked as a janitor before tackling the high-powered world of Manhattan real estate and the dynamic international field of bodybuilding and fitness. His gym received international attention when it was featured in the movie, Pumping Iron, starring Arnold Schwarzenegger and Lou Ferrigno.
John is still very active in the business world and in the wellness and fitness arena. As the Wellness Director for the International Sports Science Association, John has the ability to put into practice what he preaches. Being surrounded by world class fitness and wellness experts is a constant learning experience.

John brings his front-lines experience and infectious energy to his public speaking. His motivational, inspirational tell-it-like-it-is attitude is a fresh approach to lifelong success is an inspiration to the audiences that hear his life changing message.

My philosophy: I am on a crusade to help individuals transform the quality of their lives by helping them to maximize their energy, passion, body and spirit, allowing them to live an inspired life.

If I weren’t doing what I do now, I’d probably be a janitor in the New York City School system.

Favorite piece of advice: You are your most valuable asset, invest in yourself first, then go out and serve the world.
