Mary Jolley
Author, food blogger, vegetarian cook, and mother of 3 little ones
Mary Jolley began exploring eating a wholesome plant-based diet while researching her first book, The Green Diet, in 2007. She has since revised the book to be, 6 Steps to Eating Green. She started MyGreenDiet.com in 2009 and has grown to love sharing her passion for healthy food and natural living. She strives to help others on their journey to beauty, health, and joy.
My philosophy: We have a lot more control over our health, beauty, and wellbeing than we may believe. We have the power to live well and make good choices though our eating and living habits.
If I weren’t doing what I do now, I’d probably be: Really trying to figure out how to make my garden grow, organically
My favorite piece of advice: Simplify your life: If it isn’t beautiful or useful, get rid of it. Family comes first.
My website: MyGreenDiet.com
