Her book, "The Cheat Sheet: A Clue-by-Clue Guide to Finding Out If He's Unfaithful" will be released this summer by Adams Media.
My philosophy: Being healthy is about finding balance in all aspects of your life: food, exercise, and relationships.
If I weren’t doing what I do now, I’d probably be: an actor. (What, there aren't enough actors in the world?) I was an actor in school. Since I adore words so much, to be able to have a medium to express them would be incredible. Movies elicit such a range of emotions... and they all begin as mere words on a page. A close second would be a vagabond in France. Or a track star. Or a librarian.
Favorite piece of advice: Don't let money dictate what you do and don't do. It's just paper. Make sure to live your life the way you intended by making your own rules.
