Bio: Sadie is known for her whole body-sculpting and core-strengthening style of yoga, and her ability to amplify the benefits of any yoga practice from deep center. She's the founder of Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga and creator of the bestselling Total Body Transformation DVD series.
Sadie’s yoga aims for total body transformation. Using her real-world instructions and drawing on her deep knowledge of anatomy, alignment and breath. Her creative Core Poses and flowing sequences are fun, challenging, and engaging.

My philosophy: My style incorporates a creative flow of postures with revolutionary principles of doing yoga poses from a deeper whole body core activation that anyone can use to lose weight, tone up, feel better, transform their bodies and reduce stress!
If I weren’t doing what I do now, I’d probably be a
photographer. No, wait, a bartender at a beach resort. Or, a professional swing dancer. Samurai? Whew--I'm glad yoga came along and helped me simplify my career path!
