Sadie’s yoga aims for total body transformation. Using her real-world instructions and drawing on her deep knowledge of anatomy, alignment and breath. Her creative Core Poses and flowing sequences are fun, challenging, and engaging.

If I weren’t doing what I do now, I’d probably be a
photographer. No, wait, a bartender at a beach resort. Or, a professional swing dancer. Samurai? Whew--I'm glad yoga came along and helped me simplify my career path!
